You may sign up during that day to comment \/ testify on<strong> <\/strong>Bill 3-24<strong> <\/strong>at the end of the Legislation Session.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On Tuesday Feb 13th at 4:00pm<\/strong> there is the County Council Work Session for <strong>Bill 3-24<\/strong>. People may sign up during that day to comment \/ testify on Bill 3-24 at this Work Session.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On Tuesday Feb 20th at 6:00pm<\/strong> is the County Council Legislative Session that the County Council will <strong>vote on the Bill 3-24<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The link for the process to virtually participate is <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.baltimorecountymd.gov\/countycouncil\/virtualmeetings.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>https:\/\/www.baltimorecountymd.gov\/countycouncil\/virtualmeetings.html<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Current Bills in the State Legislature that will impact development across the state including the Lutherville area are:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>SB484 <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mgaleg.maryland.gov\/mgawebsite\/Legislation\/Details\/SB0484\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/mgaleg.maryland.gov\/mgawebsite\/Legislation\/Details\/SB0484<\/a><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HB538 <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mgaleg.maryland.gov\/mgawebsite\/Legislation\/Details\/HB0538\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/mgaleg.maryland.gov\/mgawebsite\/Legislation\/Details\/HB0538<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the current language in both bills developers would be able to build any affordable housing (even in high density) within 1 mile of the light rail, metro subway or other heavy rail in the state.
